Sweet, Silly Brothers

Eli has been infatuated with Lukey since they day he was born,

as they both get older, they are becoming pretty good buddies and now love to play together.

Though they are both working on the concept of sharing ;-)

Yep, I'm THAT mom, I love the matching outfits!

What happened to our baby???

It seems like he has become a toddler over night!

 

This adorable little man is as sweet and cuddly as can be but don't let that darling smile fool you,

he can be quite the little fuss bucket and he wants what he wants when he wants it!

Gee, wonder who he gets that from?  Must have learned from his big sis

It certainly couldn't be his laid back, go with the flow Mommy ;-)

Ha!

 

Luke is such a little joy and the perfect completion to our family!

The Fisher boys (and girl too!) are huge fans of Jake and the Neverland Pirates.

We own every Fisher Price Neverland toy they make, I think.

Needless to say, the boys spend oodles of time playing pirates.

Mommy and Daddy are often recruited to play Captain Hook for the big battle.

Alli and Eli sometimes run from Lukey calling him Tick Tock Croc.

Good thing he doesn't understand yet!

It is so fun watching the kiddos play together.



The Seamstress

Alli LOVES sewing and has been having fun with her new sewing machine.

Today she made the mattress and blankets for her new doll bunkbed.

She is thrilled and pretty talented!

Maybe she'll give Mommy a few lessons one of these days :-)

Silly Alli

At six years old, Alli has developed an attitude the size of Texas ~ YIKES!

Sometimes we wonder if we have a teenager already :-)

 

Other times, like today, she reminds us how sweet and silly six year olds can be.

You may be in your challenging stage Alli, but we could not love you more.

You are sassy, sweet, creative, silly and oh, so much fun!!!



Happy Valentine's Day!

It was the perfect Valentine's day.

Both kiddos loved their parties at school and handing out their Fishy treats.

Gotta stick with the fish theme when you're a Fisher :-)

 

Tonight, my amazing hubby brought home beautiful roses, a bottle of wine, and cooked me a delicious halibut dinner that we got to enjoy after the kiddos went to bed, so we actually got to talk!!!

Our precious baby girl turned 6 years old.

Where has the time gone????

What can I say?  The girl has spunk!

Alli,

At 6 years old, you give us a run for our money on a daily basis.

You are creative, spunky, sassy at times, loving, cuddly and very smart.

You love to argue (I think for the sake of arguing) and try to negotiate everything.

You are the sweetest big sister to baby Lukey and can be sweet to Eli as well,

when he is not annoying you that is! ;-)

You love gymnastics, swimming, playing dolls, listening to music, playing with friends,

riding bikes, playing outside, climbing, and getting into mischief.

BUT your #1 favorite thing to do is craft. 

You would stay at the table all day, every day if we let you!

You are such a joy to us and we thank God every day that he trusted us to be your parents.

Alli's "Friend" Birthday Party

Alli LOVED her birthday party this year!!!

It was the first time she had a party with school friends,

so we opted to have it at a pottery painting place and it was a HUGE hit!

 The boys stayed with Mrs. Huber and Ava so we could focus on the 16 six year olds.

Alli was so excited for her friends to arrive!

 

Alli's beautiful work of art was a rainbow colored kitty.

All of of the little girls got to pick a piece of pottery to paint and loved making their creations!

It was a win, win ~ they had a blast with the activity and I didn't have to come up with goody bags.

After painting, the girls snacked on popcorn, string cheese, grapes and cupcakes.

Then it was time for the presents . . .

Present opening was a big hit ~ as usual.

Her friends know her well!  She got lots of crafting supplies and is in Heaven!!! 

We were exhausted by the end of the party but it was the perfect day for our soon-to-be six year old!
