Building El Chupacabra

Once again, the kiddos LOVED building their planes at
This time, G decided needed some extra helping hands and Barbie Pop Pop was happy to come.
Daddy did plenty of help building but he was behind the camera ;-)
Eli has been having a blast flying Dusty "Grampopper" and El Chu.

Trolley Ride

Today was the last day of First Grade Camp for Alli so we all decided to ride the Trolley around the Harbor
Being that I was/am a HUGE fan of Mister Roger's, this was a dream come true for me too!
And, the kiddos have been begging to ride it all summer.
It did not disappoint!!!
I was impressed by how well they did given that it was about an hour ride.
They had so much fun changing seats and checking out the Harbor.
For $.25 per rider over 5 years old, I highly recommend it!!!

Our Little Builders

After seeing Planes, the kiddos were even more excited to go build "Dusty" with Daddy at

Garrett said they both had a blast and Eli has been playing with Dusty "gramhopper" nonstop!
{I absolutely LOVE the names he comes up with!!!}
They had so much fun that they will be going back next weekend to build Dusty's pal.
Have I mentioned what an amazing Daddy G is?!?!?!

How to enjoy a trip to Lowe's

Our boys LOVE tractors so much that the promise of sitting on one after behaving while Mommy shops does the trick every time we go to Lowe's :-)  Love it!!!

Planes

Today I took the bigs to see the new movie Planes.
While I realize the reviews haven't been great, the three of us LOVED it!!!
Of course, the goodies were a hit too ;-)
Popcorn, Icee, and Candy ~ followed by pizza and gelato at Fondi with Daddy.
We had so much fun!

Lighthouse Olympics

Last week, Alli participated in a week long summer camp at her school.
Although she was very nervous at drop off the first day, she had a blast playing games and crafting.
It was from 9am to 3 pm each day and most days she got to go on the slip and slide!!!
Luckily, there were 9 other kiddos she knew going into first grade so that helped ;-)
She was even picked as a "camper of the day" on Tuesday for being a good listener and helper!
She had Wacky Wednesday and as "wacky" as she was willing to go was a monkey tied to her shirt.
Silly girl!!!

Turns out, Alli is great at rock climbing and shooting hoops.
I was in awe watching her scale the rock wall, making it from one end to the other.
Lukey and Eli both loved playing with balls both on drop off and pick up ;-)
On the last day, we stopped an Menchie's on the way home for some frozen yogurt.
Poor Eli had a stomach bug and was with Gramma, but he felt so crummy I don't think he missed it :(
Lukey and Alli both loved their treats!!!
Summer camp was a huge success and Alli is already looking forward to her next camp in two weeks.

Luke's {REAL} Beach Fun

Playing with Great Pop's scooter.
The little turkey figured out how to insert the key and drive!!!

Luke's first "swim" to the dock

was a hit!!!
Daddy swam him out in the inner tube and Lukey thought it was great.
Both big kids missed the fun for behavior issues but had fun cheering on their brother.
